Returns and Refunds Policy

We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed on mayacollections.co.in.
1. Returns Policy
At Maya Collections, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Note:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for color or size issues.

Returns or exchanges are only eligible if you receive a damaged item.
1.1 Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only with a package opening video. Returns without this video will not be processed.

If your product is damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing mayacollectionsvlr@gmail.com with your Order ID and the word “DAMAGED” in the subject line. Please include photos or a video of the damage.
⚠️ We advise you not to accept tampered packages. If accepted and the product is damaged, we are not responsible.

Once approved, return the product to us via India Post Registered Parcel within 1–2 days. We will refund the shipping cost within 7 days after receiving the item.

You may choose between a refund, an exchange for the same item (if available), or another product.
1.2 Timeframe for Returns
You must initiate the return within 1 day from the date of delivery.
1.3 Return Process
To start a return, email mayacollectionsvlr@gmail.com with your order details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or an error occurred on our part.
2. Refunds Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only processed for approved returns. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
2.2 Timeframe for Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2.3 Refund Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for the following reasons:

3. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please request a refund and place a new order.
