1. Returns Policy

At Maya Collections, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only with the package opening video.  Without package opening video return is not accepted. Let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item through mayacollectionsvlr@gmail.com Please mention the Order id for reference with Subject “DAMAGED”, and share us the details of the damage. 

Please do not accept tampered packages, we will not be responsible if tampered packages are accepted and the product is found to be damaged. 

 Once we acknowledge, please ship Via India Post registered parcel Only within 1-2 days, to our address. Shipping cost will be credited back to you within 7 days of receiving the item. We can either Process Refund or Exchange with the same item if available or any other item.

1.2 Timeframe for Returns

You must initiate a return within 1 Day from the date of delivery.

1.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, please send us mail to mayacollectionsvlr@gmail.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

2. Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed for eligible returns. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

2.2 Timeframe for Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

2.3 Refund Exceptions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for a refund for color change, you choose the wrong product, size issue, or you changed your mind.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item.
