Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metropolitan Areas: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metropolitan Areas: 7-10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
2.2.2 International Shipping
We deliver to over 150 countries. Delivery times vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major Countries: 7-10 business days
- Other Countries: 10-15 business days
Tracking details will be shared once your parcel is dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Shipping Charges (Within India)
Shipping within India is FREE OF COST. There are no additional shipping charges for domestic orders.
3.2 Shipping Charges (International)
International shipping fees apply and are the responsibility of the customer. For international orders:
- Place your order using an Indian address, and send us a WhatsApp message to +91 81225 07950 with your order number and international delivery details.
- We will provide the additional shipping charges, which must be paid on the same day to proceed with delivery.
The address must include the following details in this order:
a. Full name of the recipient
b. House number and name (if applicable)
c. Flat, apartment, floor, and block number (if applicable)
d. Street name or locality
e. Post Office or delivery station name
f. Province, State, or Department
g. Postal or ZIP code
h. Country name
Please note: If the additional shipping charges are not paid, your order will be shipped to the Indian address provided during checkout. No refunds or cancellations are permitted after the order is placed.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. Maya Collections will not be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to errors in the information provided by the customer.
