Returns and Refunds Policy

We do not accept order cancellations on mayacollections.co.in once an order has been placed.
1. Returns Policy
At Maya Collections, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we’re here to assist you.
- No Return/Exchange accepted for color/size issues
- Return/Exchange eligible only if you received damaged items
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted with a package opening video. Without this video, returns will not be processed.
If you find your product damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item by emailing mailto:mayacollectionsvlr@gmail.com. Ensure you include your Order ID in the subject line with the word “DAMAGED”, and share details of the damage with us.
We advise you not to accept tampered packages. If a tampered package is accepted and the product is found to be damaged, we will not be responsible for the issue.
Once your return is approved, please send the item back to us via India Post Registered Parcel within 1-2 days. We will refund your shipping costs within 7 days of receiving the returned item. You can choose between a refund or an exchange for the same item (if available) or another product.
1.2 Timeframe for Returns
You must initiate your return within 1 day from the date of delivery.

2. Refunds Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued for eligible returns. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
2.2 Timeframe for Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product. However, the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
2.3 Refund Exceptions
Please note that refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:
- You want to change the color
- You selected the wrong product
- You have size issues
- You changed your mind after purchase
3. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or a new item, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.
